CRESST (Conflict Resolution Education in Sheffield Schools Training) is a charity dedicated to increasing children’s life chances through training in practical, proven conflict resolution skills. Established in 2003, we have a strong track record in delivering peer mediation schemes in schools across South Yorkshire.
Our core activity involves the whole school community – children, governors, support staff and parents – in establishing peer mediation schemes in primary schools. We also work in secondary schools and offer training days and workshops in conflict resolution education for anyone who works with children and young adults.
Located in Sheffield City Centre, CRESST was first set up in 2003 by Sheffield Quakers. It now runs as an independent charity and employs a part-time Project Co-ordinator.
